He was predeceased by: his daughter Kimberly Dell Sampley-Dean; his siblings, Bob Sampley, Frank Sampley, Hershel Sampley, Vicki Sampley, Ricky Sampley, Sylvia Willoughby and Ethel Williams; and his parents, Bonnie Sampley and Willie Sampley.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy of Lawton; his daughters, Sandra Harr (Kyle Sutton) of Lawton and Tammie Sampley of Lawton; his grandchildren, Theresa Gonzales (David Harrrison) of Lawton, Joey Gonzales of West Plains, MO, Brandie Payne of Lawton, Micheal Payne and Travis Moore of Cushing, OK; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Raela and Brison; and his brothers, Billy Sampley and Derrall Sampley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
