She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Carmel Booth and Minnie Rosetta Swafford Booth; and her grandson Mickey Buttram. She is survived by: her husband Leonard Payne; her daughters, Lynn Payne Buttram (Chuck Buttram) of Argyle, TX, Debbie Payne Trotter (Rich Trotter) of Perkasie, PA and Renai Payne of Argyle, TX.; her grandchildren, Jennifer Buttram Geller (Colby Geller) of Flower Mound, TX, Sean Trotter (Carolina Trotter) of Sellersville, PA, Emily Trotter Willouer (A. J. Willouer) of Telford, PA and Captain Richard Trotter; her granddaughter-in-law Katie Jean Walker of Fort Bragg, NC; and her grandson Travis Rogers (Vanessa Rogers) of Lexington, KY.. She is also survived by sister-in-law along with several nephews and nieces including her niece.
In honor of Romaine, donations may be made to local nonprofit organizations supporting Parkinson's Disease or Hospice.
