He is survived by: his wife Susan Garnetta Graves; his son Casey; his daughter-in-law Shelby; his grandchildren, Macy Zwaan, Aiden Zwaan and Aspen Zwaan; his siblings, Harry Zwaan (Gypsy), Alida Zwaan Gregory (George), Casey Zwaan (Emily) and Wendy Zwaan; his sister-in-law Beth; his nieces and nephews, Dr. Sarah Winbourn, Camille Zwaan, Claire Zwaan, Heidi Kostin, Sean Mathews, Thomas Mathews, Scott Meier and Stephen Meier; his great-niece Tori Mathews; and his great-nephews, Trace and TJ Mathews.
