He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard, Sr. Williams and Mamie B. Williams; his wife Valarie Williams; and his brother Juaning A. Williams, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Seaborne, Kim Gordon and Richard L. Williams, III (Marquise). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
