It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph W. Melcher in Lawton, Oklahoma, born in Ottawa, Kansas, who passed away on October 11, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Melcher and Cora Melcher; and his siblings, Newell, Alvin, Elvin, George, Mary and Ruth.
He is survived by: his former wife Anita Ehler; his children, Mark Melcher and Laura Melcher; his grandchildren, Brian Melcher (Anita) and Kaitlin Melcher-Martinez; his great grandchildren, Carolina, Annalisa and Nayelli; and his sister-in-law Betty Melcher. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family.
