He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlsie Alexander (Perdue) and Bill Alexander; and his stepparents, Mickey Alexander and Marshall Hulett. He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Coyle; his daughter Lee Ann Alexander; his son-in-law Greg Mathis; his stepdaughter Michelle Coyle; his son-in-law Jonathan Edwards; his grandchildren, John "Jack" Balsley and Archer "Ace" Edwards; and his siblings, Rev. Don H. Alexander, Frederick Marshall Hulett, III (Dianne Fishwild), Ann Burgeson (George Goetzman), Coeur, Jan McDaniel (Vernon) and Melody Chappell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
