He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Daniel and Thelma Elnora Thode (Drake); his wife Muriel Thode; his children, Joel Thode and Ann Bearden; and his brothers, Estel Thode and Edward Thode.
He is survived by: his children, Alan Thode of Lawton, OK, Andrew Thode of Hutchinson and Arlis Schmaltz (Daryl) of Gallup, NM; and his brother Larry Thode of Hutchinson. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
