With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip H. Woodruff (Lawton, Oklahoma), born in Cheyenne, Wyoming, who passed away on March 30, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Charles Woodruff, David, Ralph Woodruff and John Woodruff. He is survived by: his wife Jane E. Chase; his children, Brian Woodruff (Lynn) of Kansas City, Lori Smith (Perry) of Edmond and Lisa Reed of Harrah; his grandchildren, Joshua, Rebekah, Matthew, West, Kyle, Carson, Trey and Bettie Jane; and his great grandchildren, Justin, Christopher, Evie, Thea, Emma, Micah and Cana.
