He is survived by: his spouses, Linda Gail Perciful and Susan Simmons Pollock; his children, Emily Maker (Michelle) and Daniel Hill; his stepson Chad Pollock (Janna); his grandchildren, Allison Maker, Logan Pollock, Hudson Karl, Isabella Pollock, Truett Peter and Annabelle Peter; his siblings, John Randall (Lucy), Jerry Randall and Janet Randall; his siblings-in-law, Rhonda Mahaffey (Rick), Rickey Simmons (JoLynn) and Todd Simmons (Kate); his nieces, Tathena Shaw, Danielle Randal and Ellie Simmons; his nephew Mathew Randall; his pet Numi; and his siblings, Judy Hamilton and Gary Fields (Karen).
