She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert "Deb" Hepner and Mildred "Sis" Hepner of Mooreland; and her sister Carol Noel of Wichita. She is survived by: her husband Bill; and her children, Joan Denise of Mooreland, William Martin, Jr., James Patrick (Megan Toohey), Barbara Deann (Danny McDowell) and Bill Toohey of Dallas. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren.
