He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Glenn and Katie Elizabeth Richey (Clark); and his sister Bobbye Harris. He is survived by: his wife Ophelia; his son Allen Richey (Michelle) of Frisco, TX; his siblings, Charles Richey (Lavern) of Killeen, TX and Sue Merdith of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Harper, Griffin, Skylar and Fallon Richey of Frisco, Texas; and his nieces, Rhonda and Deborah.
