Orville D. Smith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Orville D. Smith of Lawton, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 22, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah "Ethel" Smith (Banner); his daughter Donna Smith Burk; his parent W. R. Smith; his brother Raymond Smith; his sister-in-law Laverne Radney Holt; and his mother-in-law Ellen Radney Lawrence.
He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Smith and Larry D. Smith (Victoria); his wife Melba Radney; his son-in-law Mike Burk (Janet); his grandchildren, Kevin Burk (Ashley), Brett Burk (Kimberli), Sarah Burk, Lauren Smith and Leah Smith; his great grandchildren, Emma Burk, Lacey Lynn Burk, Conner Burk and Blake Burk; his sister-in-law Zelma Smith; and his brother Orlin Smith (Janet). He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
