With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Cothren of Lawton, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 30, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Cothren; her parent Edna Jones; her siblings, Wanda Lucas, Laverne Wellman and George Jones Jr.; her son Allen Cothren (Norma); and her grandson Michael Cothren.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Wayne Cothren (Sandra) of Fort Worth, Texas, Ronnie Cothren (Diedre) of Amarillo, Texas, Nancy Long (Bruce) of Lawton, Oklahoma and Deborah Baldridge (Bruce) of Lawton, Oklahoma; her sister Barbara Fried of Fort Worth, Texas; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Cothren of Fort Worth, Texas, Christopher of Fort Worth, Texas, Jennifer Long, Ryan Cothren, Chelsea Majewski and John Long. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews and many friends.
