She is survived by: her mother Soon-Ok Kim; her husband Lawrence Johnson; her daughters, Martha Cantu and Marlena Cantu; her stepson Dean Swaim; her grandchildren, Angelina Caldwell, Cora Palmer-Smith, Lily Palmer-Smith, Skyler Sewell, Olivia Cantu, Faith Segura and Giahna Cantu; and her siblings, Yong-Ja Bang, Geum-Ja Bang, Hwa-Ja Bang, Ae-Ja Bang, Yoon-Ja Bang, Nami Boone and Jong.
