He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Leo (Shorty) and Mildred Estelle Kendall Dobson; his son Scott Patrick Dobson; his sisters, Mary Ann Budig, Betty Jo Copper and Maxine Gosvener; and his grandsons, Trevor Dean Dobson and Christopher Blake Moore.
He is survived by: his former wife Patsy Horton; his wife Pat; his children, Robert Melvin Dobson, Lawton, Nick Dobson and Lisa Moore (Nate); and his brothers, Raymond of Hays, Larry of Plainville, Terry of North Augusta and Jim of Mexico. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter, many nieces and nephews and numerous extended family members and friends.
