She was predeceased by: her husbands, James Hartline, Sr. and Ron White; her son Jeff Hartline; her children-in-law, Robert Lyle and Anna Sloan-Hartline; her siblings, Eddie Jr., Darrell Jr., Jessie Smith Jr., Edna Madison and Patsy Pearson; and her granddaughters, Rebecca Lyle and Lacey Lyle.
She is survived by: her children, James Hartline Jr. of Las Cruces, NM, John Hartline of Oklahoma City, OK, Regina Lyle, Adam Hartle of Geronimo, OK, Russell White of Lawton, OK, Lisa Nickell and Ronnie Foggy of Lawton, OK; her sister Sue Haney of Janesville; her grandchildren, Daniel Reeves, Megan Reeves, William Reeves, Chris Lyle, Jessica Lyle, Graeson Hartline, Samantha Hartline, Caitlin Hartline-Torres, Joey Hartline-Torres, Angeline Hartline, Ashlee Nickell, Braydon Nickell, Madison White, Ryder Betterton, Brandi Jirtle, Kendall Jirtle, Matthew Hartle and Madison Hartle; and her great grandchildren, Aubree Reeves, Natalee Fraser, Chloe Reeves, Brystal Reeves, Mya Nickell-Dixon, Remy-Lee Nickell-Short, Bently Nickell, Temperance Torres, Preston Jirtle, Payton Spencer and Pryor Jirtle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews who were all like her own children.
