She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Berquist and Esther Bell Berquist; her husband Benjamin F. Phillips, Jr. of Tilghman Island; and her siblings, Warren Berquist of Clearwater, Jean Barrows of Bellingham and Richard Berquist of Clearwater, Florida..
She is survived by: her sons, Benjamin Phillips, III, James Phillips and Roy Phillips; her siblings, Robert Berquist of Chesapeake and Barbara Ann Palermo of Glen Head; and her grandchildren, Tonya Kopsky, Benjamin Phillips, IV, Cindy Caldwell, Roy Phillips, Jr., Samuel Phillips and Anna Phillips.
