She was predeceased by: her father William Eugene Worthen; and her sister Linda Jane Tracy. She is survived by: her mother Patsy Worthen (Crutcher) of Lawton, OK; her children, Michael McCleskey (Tonya) of Lawton and Carey Tollett (David) of Lawton; her brother John Worthan of Lawton; her grandchildren, J. T., Blaklea, Austin and Caleigh; her niece Jennifer Sharp; her nephew Justin Tracy; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexander Sharp, Nickolas Sharp and Britton Tracy. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
