She is survived by: her former spouse Jerry Lee Osborne; her sons, John Osborne (Leah), James Osborne (Joy) and Eric Osborne (Selda); her stepson Rocky Osborne (Tracy); her sister Barbara Garrett (Ron); her grandchildren, Ryan Osborne (Lauren), Brittany Brooks (Michael), Patrick Osborne, Michaela Chaney (Brice), Daniel Osborne, Rocky Osborne, Alexander Osborne and Connor Osborne; and her great grandchildren, Rhett Brooks and Ellie Osborne.
