He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Rogers and Florence Rogers; his wife Hester Rogers; his daughters, Abigail Green and Marsha Riggins; his grandchildren, Devante Green, Geno Horsley, Eric Clements, Lionel Clements, Tanya Castro, Joseph Castro and Ranida Hanley; his brother Benjamin Rogers; his friends, Dorothy and Billy Ray Dillard; his daughter Sharon Clements; and his grandson Shawn Clements. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions masks and social distancing are required at the funeral home and cemetery at all times.
