He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Byron Caldwell Sr. and Edna Jane Caldwell (Peterson); his children, Byron Caldwell and Irlena Perkins; and his siblings, Vernie Caldwell, Waunema Vanuisho and Effie Tilghman.
He is survived by: his children, Randall (Inna Caldwell) and Laraine (Dewane McBride); his daughter-in-law Charlotte Caldwell; his brother Hurchel Caldwell; his sister-in-law Barbara Caldwell; and his grandchildren, Leon (Amy McBride), Marie (Nate Murrill), Julie McBride, Clayton Cook, Matt (Whitney Caldwell) and Cheryl (Steve Thornhill).
LB went to be with his Lord early Tuesday morning March 12, 2019, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's.
