He is survived by: his wife Susan Elaine Hill; his brothers, Larry Taylor (Carol) of Ohio City, OH and Lynn Taylor of Penfield, OH; his brother-in-law Stephen Hill (Suzy) of Walters; his niece Rachel; and his nephews, Justin and Mark.
