He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Billings; his children, Janice Clanton (Kevin) of Lawton, Mark Billings of Lawton, Chad Tate (Stephanie) of Lawton, Steven Tate (Jennie) of Colorado Springs and Lonnie Billings, Jr. (Christina) of Lawton, Oklahoma; his siblings, Eddie Billings (Ginny) of Fletcher, Oklahoma and Vera Maddox of Lawton, Oklahoma; and his niece Kara James of Lawton, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
