She was predeceased by: her parents, Maybell Cook (Dickinson) and Lonzo Cook; her husband Billy "Don" Bowen; her siblings, Clem Cook, Allen Cook, Troy Cook, Derl Cook, Deloris and Dewayne Cook; and the father of her children Billy Jack Holman.
She is survived by: her children, Robert (Marsha Holman) of Electra, TX, Rhonda (Tony Huff) of Duncan, OK and Ranice Wood (Holman) of Mt. Park, OK; and her siblings, Russell Cook of Possum Kingdom, Forest Cook of Comanche, OK and Eva Cook of Mt. Park, OK..
