He is survived by: his children, Maria McGlothin (Tommy Barker) of Lawton, Leo Martinez (Gloria) of Morrisville, NC, Audrey Martinez-Ross (Clyde) of Concord, NC and Sally Hayes of Lawton, OK; his siblings, Pedro Velasquez, Lina Robles, Gloria Burgess and MaryLou Bellon; his cousin Maria Elsa Ruiz; his grandchildren, Theresa McGlothin (Steven Cox), Audrianna Martinez, Vincent Martinez, Tabitha Rodriguez (Anthony) and Jacob Ross; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Berg (Brandon Setzer), Anyah Cox, Robert Cox, Victoria Cox and Audrina Martinez; and his great great grandchild Marcus Setzer. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and many other loving family members.
