She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Forest and Opal McLain (Green); and her siblings, Daniel McLain and Linda Lou Stuckey. She is survived by: her husband John Albert Powell; her son Shawn; her daughter-in-law Keri Powell of Midwest City; her close friend Jackie Littrell (Dallas Cowboys); and her granddaughter Bailey Stevens (Ronald) of Choctaw, Oklahoma. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
