She is survived by: her husband Roy Blake; her son Jimmie Blake of Indiahoma; her grandchildren, Amber Martinez (Manuel) of Lawton, Joshua Blake of Lawton, Joseph Hall (Amber) of Lawton, Kari Blake of Lawton, Christopher Hall of Lawton and Jimmie Blake, II of Durant; and her siblings, Ruby Hendrix of Temple, Claudine Cunningham (Clyde) of Temple, Cricket Richmond (Walt) of Temple, Tony Collins (Lawanna) of Whitesboro and Buster Collins of Temple. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
