He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edwin Lane and Gladys Netherland; his wife Joelene; his children-in-law, Laurie Netherland Lewis and Marci Love Netherland of Gainesville, Florida; his grandchildren, Megan, Scott Mansfield, Matthew Lewis, Mikel Lewis, Dan, Rachel Hays, Nate, Ashley Hays, Annie Hays (Nils Mueggenburg), Luke Netherland, Sarah Netherland, Heather and Steve Patnode; his great grandchildren, Kellen, Macy, Aiden, Parker Ann, Gavin and Reagan; his son Michael Dyer Netherland; and his brothers, Gary and Brian. He was also cherished by three daughters.
