Veldhuizen (Lawton, Oklahoma), born in Honolulu, Hawaii, who passed away on January 23, 2019, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Leonard H. Veldhuizen; and his brother Keith Michael Veldhuizen. He is survived by: his mother Georgia Veldhuizen; his siblings, Kristin Vick, Karl Veldhuizen and Kent Veldhuizen (Megan, Lawton); his nieces, Nicole Kump, Makenzie Veldhuizen and Lawton; and his nephew Cooper Vick.
