He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Andrew and Eileen Franklin Willsey (Hughes); his significant other Rachel Day; his son Thomas Allan; his great grandchild Brianna Lynne; and his brother Perry Allan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Lee Johnson of Yucca Valley and Beverley Eileen Henning of Lawton; and his grandchildren, Tina Marie, Jennifer Lynne (Jaime), Justin Richard (Brandy), Travis Andrew, Tiffany Amber and Christian Thomas. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
The military honors was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Sill National Cemetery (2648 NE Jake Dunn Rd, Elgin, OK 73538).
