He is survived by: his parents, Ken Moulton and Virginia Moulton (Anderson) of Lawton; his sisters, Melissa (John Glennon) of Brookfield, MA and Heather (Bill Skiles) of Lawton; his nieces and nephews, Bridget (Anthony Manley) of Colorado Springs, CO, Lauren, Jack Glennon of Brookfield, MA, Andrew (Julie Skiles) of Oklahoma City and Sarah Skiles of Lawton; his uncles, Ed, Russell (Cathy Anderson) and Auntie Bev Peritz of Feeding Hills, MA; and his aunt Eloise Anderson of Feeding Hills, MA. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
