He was predeceased by: his father David; and his grandmother Garner. He is survived by: his spouse Sheree Spelts; his children, Bradley Windham of Lawton, OK and Brittany Windham (Corinne Martinez) of Norman, OK; his siblings, Ellery David Windham and Kristen; and his brother-in-law Marlin Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
