She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Cook and Rachel Williams (Gloff); her sisters, Valerie Cook, Karen Duggan and Yvonne Edwards; and her niece Jennifer Flint.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl (Randy Jackson), Betina (Michael Plume) and Kathryn (Thomas Moreland); her grandchildren, Jason (Joyita Glover), Cody Trevino, Ashlynn Jones (Troy Redmond), Alexis Burkholder, Valerie Trevino and Michael Plume, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Kayden Poirot, Ariana Redmond, Logan Trevino, Winter Burkholder, Gabriella Trevino, Amberlynn Redmond, Hunter Glover, Micah Burkholder and Jaxon Glover.
