She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Gunn and Annie Louise Gunn (Smith); her siblings, Foy Westfall and Donna Brooks; and her grandson Matthew Guthrie.
She is survived by: her husband Aubrey Glen Vowell; her children, Patricia (William Guthrie), Rebecca (Eddie Gill), Alishia (James Price) and Angeline Hartline; her brothers, Robert McGinnis and Ronnie Gunn; her close friends, Ruth Clemons and Teresa Tabor; and her nephew Ronnie W. Gunn. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
