She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Jackson and Agnus Jackson (Howard); her husband Ernest Boothe; her sons, Carl Wayne Boothe and Michael Dewayne Boothe; and her son-in-law Lynval Smalling.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie (Roger Wood) and Susan Smalling; her daughter-in-law Fairy Lynn Boothe of Wichita Falls, TX; and her grandchildren, Kevin Smalling of Moore, SC, Kristi Shelby of Vera Beach, Kelsey Wood of Lawton, OK, Kyle Wood of Oklahoma City, OK and Kennedy Smalling. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Western Hills Church of Christ (1108 NW 53rd St, Lawton, OK 73505).
