She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose M. Gonzales and Ignacia Gonzales (Solis); and her sister Lupe. She is survived by: her husband Ty Rose; her son Jered Larado Shepard (Sara); her grandchildren, Kalli Hambly, Kaison Shepard and Konner Shepard; and her sister Delores Gonzales.
