He is survived by: his wife Norma Mendez; his children, Nored Negron, Jennifer Orellana, Norma Santiago, Milagros Santiago, Cynthia Ferrer, Jorge Santiago Jr. and Jose Santiago; and his siblings, Jose Santiago and Carmen Santiago. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
