He is survived by: his wife Erika Calhoun; his sister Florence Flores; his children, Paul Calhoun and Juanita Head (Leonard) of Lawton; and his stepchildren, Thomas Inger (Deborah) of Lawton, Markus Inger of Elgin, Birgit Hutchings and Sabina Lopez (Fernando) of Texas. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
