He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer McElroy and Gladys McElroy; and his brothers, Bob McElroy and Doyle McElroy. He is survived by: his wife Dana; his sisters, Linda Sue Fletcher (Wayne) and Kay Caffey (Herb); his sisters-in-law, Joy McElroy, Barbara McElroy and Denise Gore (David); his children, Megan Pope (Corey) and Braden McElroy (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Mara, Riley, Creed and Rowan.
