He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances "Libby" West and Billy "Bill" Kerr; and his brothers, Jim and Bob Kerr. He is survived by: his wife Vonna Kerr (Foster); his brother Michael Kerr of Austin; his children, Reagan Russell (Shawn) of Lawton, Erin Kerr of Lawton and Patrick Kerr (Melissa) of New Braunfels, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Dustin, Kylee, Breeanna, Kennedy, Landon, Madison, Jaxon and Caitlin.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church.
