He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Albert (Bud), Melvina Roberts and Gloria Winchester; and his mother Diane Whitfield. He is survived by: his daughter Cheyenne Dyer (Jacob); his siblings, Jack Zernia (Jennifer), Amber Zernia, Shanna Regel (Jon) and Myron Waite (Stacey); his father Joel Waite Sr.; his stepfather Gary Zernia; his grandsons, Silas and Rhys; and his nephews, Jacob Labiosa, Hudson, Sawyer Zernia, Baylor, Conley (Kaylee Smith), Jailyn Regel, Daemon and Cooper (Abigail Waite).
