She is survived by: her former husband Tom Spears; her children, Steven Lewis (Debbie) of Irving, TX and Sherrell Nelson (Mark) of Marlow; her granddaughter Lauren Faram (Randy) of Edmond; her great grandchildren, Mason and Dawson; her grandchildren, Morgan Nelson of Edmond and Logan Nelson of Mangum; and her sister Lois Snider of Cyril. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
