He was predeceased by: his parents, Beech Senus and Opal Mae Boxley (Davis); and his grandson William Hall. He is survived by: his former wife Kathryn Bernice Coffman; his wife Kathy; his sons, Jay Boxley (Thalia Salinas) and Jerrod Hall (Summer); his brother Kenneth Boxley of Temple, OK; and his grandchildren, Parker Boxley, Sayla Hall, Cindy Hall, Colton Oakley, Gavin Patrick and Evan Patrick. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
