He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Castlebury and Hattie Castlebury (Woodre); and his brother Burl Castlebury. He is survived by: his wife Tennie; his children, Stacy Castlebury of Texas, Ronnie Castlebury (Teresa) of Elgin, Oklahoma, Gail Castlebury of Lawton and Becky Castlebury of Arlington, Texas; his stepdaughter Terry Nieves (Joe) of Lawton, Oklahoma; and his brother Gene Castlebury (Becky) of Albuquerque. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
