It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James William Mulkey of Lawton, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mulkey and Lucille Mulkey (Sanders); his sister Martha; and his wife Karen Mae Niemeyer. He is survived by: his daughters, Karla Baureis (Tom) of Franklin and Kim Dodds (Mike) of Lawton; and his brother Dennis Mulkey of Lawton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and one nephew.
