He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Midgley, II and Patricia Midgley (McCullough); his brother Mark Midgley; and his parents-in-law, Gabrielle Combs and Paul Britten.
He is survived by: his wife Joetta Midgley; his siblings, Pam Midgley, Patty Shaughnessy and Tim Midgley; and his children, Terry Midgley (Dennis), James Midgley (Tammy), Donny Thorne (Sheena Melrose), Timothy Thorne, Rebecca Kerr (Gregory) and Linda Garrett (Ronald). He is also survived by many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
