He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Millhorn and Howard Millhorn. He is survived by: his sister Sue Millhorn Gabe; his children, Jim (Jan), Tom (Betsy) and Susan Murray; and his stepchildren, Mariella Krause (Tim Bauer), Matthew Calderwood (Phyllis) and Todd Calderwood (Cathy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Christ Church (3515 S Harvard Ave, Tulsa, OK 74135).
