He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Chambers (Slim) and Melba Chambers (Angela Chambers); and his sisters, Bertha Kennedy and LaDonna Whitehouse. He is survived by: his wife Angela; his daughters, Haylee Key and Jessie Key of Lawton; his granddaughter Sophia Tissychy; and his siblings, Melba Bolling (Rosie), Jerry Chambers, Johnny Chambers, Jarrel Chambers and Joe Chambers.
