James left this world on November 27, 2024 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Cargill, Sr. and Billie Grace Cargill (Campbell); and his grandsons, Marcus Cargill and Eric Everett. He is survived by: his wife Donna Davis; and his children, Sonia Cargill (Terri Cargill-Elrod) of Houston, TX, Alvin (Carla Cargill) of Cache, Jay (Martina Cargill) of Cache, Laura (Tony High) of Walters and Mike (Kim Cargill) of Cache. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home (632 SW C Ave, Lawton, OK 73501). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
