He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Ballard of Lawton, OK; his daughter Stephanie Ryals; his husband Jerrod of Clay Center, KS; his siblings, Jerry Ballard, Beverly Ballard of Lawton, OK, Chris Ballard of Lawton, Patrick Ballard and Angela Ballard of Norman, OK; his brother-in-law Regina Robles of Lawton, OK; and his grandchildren, Paxton, Gavyn, Landon and Brooklyn Ryals. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
